- R&D- Central Services- Logistical Units (deliveries team)-Manage end to end recruitment process: design and implement overall recruiting strategy, develop and update job descriptions and define the best strategy to find candidates, screen candidates resumes and conduct interviews;- Support employees' development through performance management, feedback meetings and personal development plans;- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;- Support our Onboarding process and work closely with our team implementing new ideas and solutions;- Manage and support some HR operational tasks (contract renewals, among others); - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
