- Ensure the relationship/satisfaction between ALS and its customers; - Ensure sampling planning and compliance with the requirements agreed with the customer; - Registration and handling of complaints, as well as customer service; - Reception and registration of samples in the company's internal computer program; - Management of input and output of samples from international external laboratory; - Validation of chemical analysis reports - Management of administrative documentation complying with established procedures - Training of new employees to register samples and fulfill the sampling requirements of different customers

- Work in a laboratory environment - Preparation of culture media (positive controls, sterility controls, and pH control - Distribution of sterile culture media in inoculated petri dishes) - Sterilization and cleaning of material - Preparation of samples for microbiological analysis of foodstuffs and primary production for research of pathogenic microorganisms and hygiene control of a specific product or process - Filling in quality control records
