Having +14 years experience in Clinical Research Industry, and after 6 years in eTMF, Clinical Monitoring and Project Management, found the passion during the last 8 years in Study Start-Up and Site Activation and Team Oversight globally across multiple regions. At Catalyst Clinical Research, our team's dedication to streamlining clinical trial processes is rooted in a keen understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and meticulous adherence to international regulations. The cornerstone of my role is start-up project oversight, developing and maintaining SOPs and implementing processes to ensure the highest quality deliverables for multi-country clinical trials. Being the head of the EU CTIS Submission process and the EU CTR Regulatory team, my focus is on enhancing Study Start-Up and Regulatory activities and contributing to strategic business development.In line management of a team of 15-19 Site Activation Managers and Line Managers across US and EMEA, I foster an environment where training and performance assessments are pivotal to our success. We're committed to empowering the team, driving excellence in operational execution, and achieving strategic growth. My mission, supported by my competencies in start-up project oversight and project management, is to optimize our impact on global clinical trials through effective leadership and regulatory strategy.
