Hr Connect Administration Officer
Current- Responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between onboarding of new joiners and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life-cycle experience at the Company.- Manage the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs/tools.- Ensure Human Resource information systems data maintenaince, employee relations and compensation & benefits administration.- Produce and manage all the contractual documents and follow tru all other support documentation for hiring purposes.- Update internal databases with employees information.- Gather payroll data and working days.- Partner with management and employees promoting HR policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rullings based on the labor law.- Team up with other HR teams/professionals regarding HR matters by also providing clear understanding on processes and applicable governance.- Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with HR internal policy and governmental laws and regulations.
