Born into a hard working family, since my early days my afternoons where spent between photocopie machines, archive rooms and business calls. I didn't realize it at the time but that taught me a great deal of organizational skills, teamwork and productivity.I ended upgoing to Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto (FEUP) to get my degree in Mechanical Engineering with masters in production management where I did an internship maximizing production and minimizing its waste. Now, in industry, my passion for organization transfered to lean manufacturing, where there are always problems to solve, more to learn, and I'm enticed by that challenge.
