After receiving a Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, I graduated from Tulane University with a Masters of Social Work and Masters of Science in 2022. Throughout my graduate career, I obtained over 1,200 hours of experience working with two mental health clinics that specialized in first-episode psychosis and perinatal mental health. I also have experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health concerns including psychotic disorders, mood disorders, perinatal mental illness, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Over the years, my personal and work experience has influenced my passion for helping individuals foster healthy, fulfilling relationships and sex lives. I believe that sexuality is a significant part of a person’s life, and everyone has the right to safe and enjoyable sexual experiences. My work focuses on normalizing conversations around sexual health and wellbeing, repairing the mind-body connection, and healing interpersonal relationships. I have a desire to support my clients while they pursue stronger relationships with others, and themselves. As a therapist, I seek to provide create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where individuals feel welcome to openly express themselves.
