-Analysis of SLA breaches for ticket/tasks/requests in the ServiceNow platform.-Extract weekly updates about the incidents, SLA breached tickets, aged tickets, change requests, problem tickets, etc. from ServiceNow and PowerBI.-Coordinate SLA breach data gathering efforts with multiple teams via email (Microsoft Outlook) or Microsoft Teams for the Digital Workplace Tower (EUC).-Create SLA breach reports to include the reasons and conditions behind the SLA breaches that I analyzed.-Use Microsoft Excel to arrange the information extracted in a concise and clear form with tables, charts and pivots, inserted functions, and to bring information from multiple sources into one format.-Get the SLA breach exceptions approved by the client, wherever possible.-Send the extracted and processed information to management and the client and use it to create Microsoft PowerPoint reports and presentations for the weekly governance call with the client
