• Creating, updating, and managing technical documentation for the company’s products and processes.• Analyzing documentation received from clients and ensuring its compliance with internal standards and requirements.• Collaborating with design and production departments to obtain the necessary information for completing the documentation.• Recording and managing technical data in the company’s systems.• Creating and updating technical specifications for new products.• Maintaining an electronic archiving system for compact documentation.• Ensuring that documentation meets quality and compliance requirements.

- Generation of machine SMT (Surface Mount Technology) programs for the site.Good knowledge of PCB assembly process, SMT, RoHS assembly, Lean Manufacturing , IPC standards, & Quality Systems required;Supporting the development of appropriate documentation (instructions, ABIs, GBs) required for the manufacturing personnel using: CAD CAM, Gerber and Valor.Lead the generation of support data for ABIs/Guidebooks and test/inspection machine programming;Creation and optimization of SMT placement programs in timely manner in order to supoort NPI and production needs.Storage and release of the revision controlled programs.Lead the implementation of ECOs;Support CIM/CAM continuous improvement projects;Lead and ensure process/equipment qualifications and validations of both new and existing processes;Lead and support the maintenance of the shapes library;Having the abbility to operate SMT advanced placement machines. Change out feeders and identify components per work instructions. Troubleshoot and correct problems;Identifying different electronic component types, including value and polarity, and also be able to use a microscope.

- Responsible for the analysis, creation and manipulation of customer documentation necessary for the production process.Resolving open tickets in the internal ticketing system;Analyzing, formating and structuring the material list (BOM);Checking the correctness of the input data - Comparing the BOM entered into the system versus the BOM received from the client;Creating new assemblies (PCBAs), PCBs and documents in the Agile system;Saving the documentation in the file created specifically for storing the data from the client;Manages maintenance for reviewing the electronic archive of documents / data packs;Creating deviations, DARs (for ABIs, Process Flows, Production Release) in the Agile internal system;Checking the correctness of the MPNs received via CBOM (MPN Compare);Adding the alternative MPNs found in CBOMs in Agile system.Additional Accountabilities:Save / attach emails, SCNs, ECO / ECN from customer to internal ECO (regarding the changes that are made through the ECO);Attach the cost impact file to the ECO change;Provide feedback regarding the discrepancies or irregularities found in the BOM, Drawings or ECOs sent by the customer;Provide support for efficient document identification and documenting processes;Provide support for matrix management (Product Engineers, Program Managers, Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Buyers, Demand Analysts...) about changes made to the system.

Entering, updating and verifying data;Reviewing and verifying data entered into detabase to ensure accuracy;Assisting and training employees and new data entry operators on software programs;Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures;Answering phones and create notifications in the system;Analyzing the data for errors;Completing the work in the specified deadline.
