•Working with Company accountants to maintain accounts, budgets and other financial reports.•Work with Heads of Departments to ensure timely processing of budgets, invoices, payments, credit card and expense reconciliations.•Assists HODs with purchasing, provisioning and purchasing logistics.•Responsible for administration, accounting, collection and payment of all onboard monies.•Responsible for all crew administration including payroll.•Ensure all crew certification is in date and correct.•Responsible for keeping up to date crew/passenger berthing lists and reporting any changes.•Responsible for all crew travel and guest travel as required.•Assist Captain with all yacht logistics as required.•Perform Customs, Immigration and Port Clearance requirements.

• Assists the Chief Purser with embarkation /disembarkation formalities.• Proper completion of entry manifests and ship clearance for ports of call, including the organization and processing of guests embarking and disembarking the vessel. • Ensures passenger manifest in the computer system is kept updated and accurate at all times, reflecting stateroom changes, guests boarding in way-ports, etc. • Prints and supplies manifests as needed for pier embarkation staff. • Responsible for properly manifesting items to be offloaded from the vessel, handles airline ticket change requests for air/sea guests.

• The shipboard Internet Manager is responsible to oversee the efficient and optimal day-to-day operation of the shipboard Internet (and affiliated) services. • Serves as the Host of the Internet Point aboard the vessel, maintains “office” hours at the Internet Point as dictated by the Hotel Director.• Provides basic Internet orientation and customer support throughout the voyage.• Finds innovative ways to increase Internet revenue. • Also partners with the Systems Manager to maintain the MTN related onboard equipment.• Performs basic data processing and financial tracking reports
