- daily/ weekly/ monthly calls with Logistics Service Providers- perform daily, weekly and monthly reports and data analysis- ensuring the correct and on-time deliveries to the customers and channel partners within the existing logistics network and processes - interfacing with internal logistics functions and external Logistics Service Providers- proactively identify risks and manage implementation of actions to mitigate impacts (quarter end, peak season, etc.)- supervise the operational and structural activity of the Logistics Service Provider, making sure the logistics processes are followed and/or improved in order to reach/exceed the customer satisfaction- supervision of delivery performance and escalation point for Customer Incident management- incidents handling and related performance monitoring for shipments in transit- linkage to Vendor Management to resolve/ manage customer escalations- execution and approval of customer special deliveries
