• Leading purchasing activities for Gas Direct Injection projects in connection with the change of manufacturing foot print from China to Romania• Coordinate activities between design team based in US, manufacturing engineering and supplier quality teams from current plant in China to new plant in Romania, program managers based in Luxembourg and suppliers across US, Asia and Europe• Create and maintain cost book for GDI pump per customer and per production plant• Participate in budget reviews, work to meet new targets by re-sourcing activities, implementing new design with current suppliers, look for cost improvement opportunities• Coordinate category buyers’ activities, supplier quality and logistic activities and prioritize per program and plant to meet customer delivery targets• Conduct meetings to ensure teams are accountable for their deliverable & timeline, and manage risk escalation and resolution; follow up with meeting minutes listing actions and owners• Display a positive attitude to encourage resolutions, ensure coaching on various topics to share the knowledge and make the team stronger and more efficient• Develop strategic suppliers for gas industry • Track the prototype phase, including PPAP, followed by ramp up to the Start of Production• Change Management: initiate and take ownership of Change Requests using the Global Engineering System; act as project manager• Manufacturing Capability Assessments; Purchase Parts Risk Assessments• Travel for supplier meetings, team reviews, budget reviews, plant reviews

• Ensure an on-going operational excellence from the supply base that delivers purchased parts in the requested volume, quality, timing, and at the best cost, all along the program life, including service parts; applied Kanban system; MRP• Drive cost out consolidation initiatives, develop strategic suppliers, benchmarking• Understand/negotiate cost impact related to design changes, MOQ and material escalation/ de-escalation• Business review, pipeline, MCIP, on-time performance/sourcing implementation; on-time data transmission to other functions / stakeholders • Attend adequate trainings to develop & maintain market and techniques expertise; meet people development objectives and personal business plan• Change Management: initiate and take ownership of Change Requests using the Global Engineering System; act as project manager• Manufacturing Capability Assessments; Purchase Parts Risk Assessments • Sourcing meetings – site projects (re-sourcing, price increases, negotiations, suppliers with financial risk, etc)• Ensure suppliers are working with the latest issue of drawings – in case of new issues being released, communicate and explain change or facilitate between supplier and the material / design engineering department.• Supplier visits – regular review meetings; new projects discussions • Maintain relationship with the PC&L department –new orders / allocated schedules

• Software License contracts comprehension - fully understand the specific terms and obligations• Analyse the audit data received from the customer to build an accurate picture of how the software is being used• Identify the specific pointers within the data that require discussion with the customer to achieve a full and accurate audit finding• Display and discuss the audit findings with the customer in both compliant and non-compliant situations; provide feedback to Quality Control• Write full and accurate reports of the audit findings• Manage allocated workload effectively following documented License Management Organisation processes• Work effectively with License Management systems to maintain accurate records• Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly personal targets • Use Sharepoint for latest procedures and processes • Interact with team members and managers to maintain professional standards and learn new products and techniques as they are introduced
