About Ioana Biris

Ooit opgeleid tot arts, nu sociaal psycholoog en werkzaam als onderzoeker, adviseur en sociaal ondernemer. ⦿ Al bijna 20 jaar werk ik als onderzoeker bij het bureau Noordam & De Vries. Ons specialisme ligt in het zichtbaar en meetbaar maken van de belevingswereld van (groepen) mensen binnen en buiten organisaties. In opdracht laten wij zien “wat er leeft” onder medewerkers en leden, en hoe het management zich er toe dient te verhouden. ⦿ Nature Desks is een sociale onderneming geboren in 2017. We brengen natuur samen met werk en welzijn, met als doel de relatie met het stedelijk groen te versterken. Dat doen we door middel van events, content, producten en placemaking. www.naturedesks.com- In juni 2019 hebben we de allereerste groen en blauwe kaart van Amsterdam gelanceerd: www.urbannature.amsterdam/ #UrbanNatureAmsterdam. In juli 2020 volgde de groenblauwe kaart van Breda 'Stad in een park'. Begin 2022 is de tweede druk van #UrbanNatureAmsterdam gelanceerd; in 2023 #UrbanNatureAlmere volgde. - Op 18 juni 2019, tijdens de Duurzame Week is de allereerste #OutdoorOfficeDay gehouden met als doel om werkend Nederland te stimuleren gezonder te werken door de kantooromgeving tijdelijk in te ruilen voor het stedelijk groen in de nabije omgeving. Op 23 juni 2020 heeft de tweede - internationale - editie van de Outdoor Office Day plaats gevonden. De vijfde internationale editie van de #OutdoorOfficeDay werd gehouden op 15 juni 2023 🌳 www.outdoorofficeday.info
