I am an international law scholar who teaches and provides legal and policy advice to various stakeholders in the broad area of public international law, and the fields of human rights law, international humanitarian law, law and religion, and transitional justice.My research seeks to theorise the status and roles of different types of state and non-state actors in international law and explores through interdisciplinary and empirical research the intersections between legal accountability and legitimacy.
