Worked on development of an ASIC and a PCB. My responsibilities include:- Analysing the output data from an Automated Test Equipment (ATE). A specifically C++ software was created for the synthesizer designed in house. The software processed the measurement data and optimized test limits. - PCB design, including schematic and layout for a power drain module.

Performed dimensional control for the mechanical aeronautical components manufactured in the company and quality control with main purpose of finding the reasons, which lead to the generation of waste (non-conformity) in the process. Main task was to study and implement a Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology for measuring and controlling quality during the manufacturing process. The goals I achieved were:- Developed an analysis tool in Excel for tracking the production losses for a particular step of the manufacturing process.- Statistical analysis of non-conformity and measure of process capability by using capability index (Cpk).
