The Bold Tendencies 'Art Trainee Programme' is an immersive working and learning experience, started in 2014 to support young people interested in a career in the world of arts and culture. The hands-on experience is offering participants an active role in the life and work of a public-facing gallery.

Aiming to bridge the gap between education and the creative industries, Solent Creatives allows businesses and organisations to tap into a diverse student talent pool for ad-hoc freelance support.Within my role at Solent Creatives I assisted main coordinators, Sio Tsvetanov and Chris Key in the day to day operation of the creative agency. - Matched and commissioned students with creative briefs- Coordinated the commissions throughout their completion: facilitated the communication between students and clients, advised both parties & organised meetings and logistics- Managed databases of students and documented their journey and progress with the agency- Organised events and facilitated talks to encourage a wider and diverse participation in projects- Built and sustained relationships with local businesses and institutions including non profits, schools and colleges across different channels of communication

- Supported the planning and implementation of Newtown Y.M.C.A’s Rob Da’ Bank Music Club, an initiative which aims to offer young people mentors and opportunities in music- Assisted young people aged 14-17 in getting their Arts Awards qualification- Planned and implemented accessible music workshops focused on songwriting, playing and performing music - Facilitated interviews and discussions with members of Society of St James’ Pathfinder Recovery Group.
