As a writer, marketer, content creator, event planner & presenter, mother and aspiring entrepreneur, I bring a dynamic full-stack skill set to the table.With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Journalism and e-Media, I have amassed 15 years of experience in the vast realm of Communication. Throughout my career, I have made significant contributions to the press industry, spearheaded Marketing and PR initiatives in diverse companies, and even published poetry books. I have also lent my expertise to breathe life into colorful events in the Cluj region, whether as a PR specialist, organizer, or MC.Currently, I am an integral part of the Hacking Work team, a pioneering multimedia project that offers brave insights into Romania's job market. Here, I take on the role of coordinating editors and curating engaging content for newsletters, while also lending my voice & being the host to various media products.In addition, I proudly serve as the host of Cluj Marketing Club evenings, an event series developed in collaboration with my dear colleagues from the SPOR School (School for Responsible People). Furthermore, I have founded my own communication boutique, Idei cu Lipici.
