- Monitoring the orders of each season and preparing the relevant cash flow files. - Daily coordination with suppliers (Third countries/ Europe) and forwarders, ensuring that products will be delivered on time combined with the lowest possible cost. Preparation of weekly import and export reports.- Supervision of the entire supply chain up to the final delivery of goods to the warehouse and collection of all necessary documents from customers, suppliers, customs, etc.- Communicate with Intersport of Romania, Cyprus, Turkey and Bulgaria regarding their requested warehouse deliveries.- Analysis and evaluation of freight offers in order to achieve the lowest total cost for the company.- Developing reports showing monthly/ annually transportation costs. - Searching for new transport companies, negotiating with them to better serve the needs of the company with more beneficial proposals and preparing the contracts with them.- Checking invoices from suppliers, external logistics and delivery service providers and issuing invoices to customers.- Intrastat Declaration.

- Accounting Entries.- Cooperation with the relevant departments to solve accounting issues related to purchases and sales of goods.- Cooperating with the external and internal auditors when needed and supporting the audits. - Transport expenses entry and monthly records agreement with suppliers.- Monthly reconciliation of purchases and transport expenses with General Accounting.- Monitoring of provisions account for closing open orders.
