I carried on with my practice for another 4 months in the same shipping company. Except for my previous responsibilities, some of my new ones were to:-check and add the Disbursement Accounts of the whole ship fleet in the VOYAGE ANALYSIS and the ASTROLAVO.-be in contact with the captain of a particular ship-input all the invoices to the ASTROLAVO.-check and perform all the monthly remittances of the Greek and foreign marines.

Tasks:-Provided consistent quality service measured by positive feedback from customers and management-Manage to work quickly under pressure and think fast-Improved my multitasking quality-Solve problems in a short amount of time

I did my 3 months practice in a Shipping company, in the logistics department. Some of my responsibilities were to :-Read and send messages from the program called INFOGATE – DANAOS-Analyze and close trips of the whole ship fleet, which comprises 36 ships, in the program of VOYAGE ANALYSIS.-Respond to inbound questions and inquires to provide quality service and support management with ad hoc projects.
