Some Achievements:- Only woman engineer, leading a team in the plant at that moment- Supervising 15 lab analysts and samplers and 1 lab foreman, making sure that product meets client requirements- Designing clinker and cement recipes, successfully increased the use of Alternative Raw materials and Fuels - decreased CO2 Impact- Developing the Oil Well Cement (OWC) Product/Business, in 1 out of 14 LH plants worldwide. Successful improvement of the API 10A OWC Class G HSR quality- Successful Development of the new innovative OWC Product LH E302 - Internal API Auditor, 2nd auditor at Narogong Plant (Indonesia) & lead auditor at Sagunto Plant (Spain)Main Responsibilities:- Managing effectively the Lab team (foreman, technicians, workers), cascading the Plant objectives and priorities, maintaining a collaborating environment- Defining the sampling & and testing plan and internal limits for quality control of incoming materials, intermediate and final products - Organizing the testing of Interlaboratory samples and assessing the results- Performing statistical analysis for assessment of the results and calculation of quality KPIs- Ensuring that the calibration of all Lab equipment is carried out in accordance with planned arrangements- Implementing training programs, evaluating the competencies, and assessing the performance of the Lab staff. New employees in the QC department are trained and evaluated under his responsibility - Checking that the finished products comply with the company specifications and the current standards before dispatching them.- Interpreting results and notifying the Optimization and Production Manager if the product does not comply with the specifications- Elaborating and managing the budget by anticipating needs in terms of lab equipment.- Acting as the Plant’s ISO 9001 and API Q1 coordinator (Quality Management System)- Ensuring compliance with Product Certification Standards (CE Marking and voluntary quality Marks).

-Responsible for conducting sample analysis of raw materials, cementitious, solid and alternative fuels, cement, alternative raw materials, aggregates, concrete and environmental measurements.-R&D based on new materials investigations to product optimization and product development.-Design and develop analytical procedures for sample analysis using AAS, CHN, Wet Chemical Analysis, Calorimeter, XRF and DMA-Mercury Analyzer-Responsible for conducting technical studies and test reports-In charge of maintaining communication with instrument technicians, suppliers, customers and partner departments.-Support the quality and environmental management systems such as ISO-17025 and 14001-Collection and processing of statistical data.-File keeping in both print and electronic form according to the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D)
