Searching for a new contract.

As QC Inspector I’m a member of the Client team and I act on behalf of Client when interfacing with Contractors according to the delegation of authority received from Client interface.  Review: when it is carried out a only documented assessment that the contents of the document and of its attachments are in compliance with codes, standards procedures and specification. Witness: when the activity described in the quality documents/reports is attended and surveyed in order to verify its compliance with codes, standards procedures and specification. Approval: when the signature means the formal act of giving authorization to the execution of the activity described in the document for instance with a specific methodology.  Acceptance: when the signature means that the contents of the documents proposed and the related items (if applicable) may be favorably accepted and handed-over to the next work or certification phase.

To supervise the painting and insulation activities on going at ErSai Caspian Yard in Kuryk for the piping and structures of the Piles & Flare Installation Contract, Hook-up and Pre-commissioning Contract and RGI Modules ensuring their full compliance with Client design, program, budget and HSE standards.

Working to Mellitah plant, WAFA Coastal Project and NC42 Project. Responsible with the painting inspection and quality acceptance of the maintenance/new painting work carried out by the contractors and sub contractors. Issuing and implementing of the painting procedure for painting maintenance/new work accordingly with the projects painting specification and the quality system. Issuing and implementing the Scope of Work for onshore/offshore corrosion protection systems for various location of Company oil and gas fields.

* Qualified within the areas of supervision and the application of all types of modern specialist coatings, including intumescent fireproofing materials. Familiar in the use of shop drawings.* Working in construction in Azerbaijan.As well as being a qualified supervisor within the protective coatings industry, I also have experience in Inspection.

Working on the Intermediate Depot Fuel Spent Storage (IDFSS) Appling different types of coating systems. (Manufactures products used International and Leigh’s) including PFP.Training and the Coordination of a large work force in the application of Thermal Zinc Spray off spent fuel tanks, using ValuArc 200-Suzer Metco.Responsible for all inspection and H.S.E.

During the fabrication of of 3 5000 ton/hr travelling luffing ship loader and stacker/reclaimer. Also involved with blasting and painting of ballast tanks, main decks, pipe racks and engine room work. Responsible for all inspection and certification, training and safety. Also organising the day-to-day running of projects. And meeting programs set by shipping companies, carrying out new survey work for the company
