Main Duties:- Direct Report to the Internal Audit Director SEE- Direct lead of a team of 3 associates- Managing the risk assessment process through the identification of risks and auditable areas- Coordinating SEE teams in executing the Annual Audit Plan for the SEE region.- Managing multiple audits simultaneously, including cross banner audits.- Management of both financial and operational audits (planning, leading, performing).- Managing the SOX 404 Corporate Key Controls for Greece (Preparation/Readiness)- Key contributor in initiating and supporting the ERM program for Greece- Managing global projects (Quality Assurance Internal Programm, Training & Development, Risk Assessment)- Development and monitoring of the annual audit plan as well as the audit department’s budget- Monitoring the training requirements of staff to maintain professional competence and certificationSkills:- Foster team work and guide others through change- Leading by example- Effectively communicating with all levels of management during the audit engagement- Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills in order to present audit findings to management in an understandable way- Strategic thinking- Ability to build strong relationships with management and audit teams- Ability to synthesize and present financial data clearly and concisely in both written form and verbally.- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both autonomously and within a team- People development

Main Duties:- Reporting directly to the company’s CFO and CEO- Responsible for the preparation of Financial Statements under IFRS and their timely submission to the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE)- Responsible for the consolidation of all subsidiaries/associate companies of the Group- Supervision & Oversight of the financial statements preparation process for the subsidiaries reporting to the parent company. Performance of Balance Sheet and P&L analytical reviews- Monitoring the policies and procedures of Finance & Accounting department- Budget Forecast and Creation- Advise on tax and compliance issues- Managing a team of 3 associatesSkills:- Effectively prioritize and manage workload in order to meet strict deliverables deadline- Inspiring teamwork and enable motivation of associates that makes them work effectively and efficiently under pressure- Deliver high levels of deliverables’ quality whilst maintaining ample attention to detail- Liaise with other OpCos’ associates for the monitoring of each banner’s financial performance- Highly organized- Self motivated with the ability to operate on own initiative,- Key business partner for external auditors

Main Duties:- Direct Reporting to the Audit & Assurance Partners- Preparation of audit reports under Greek GAAP, IFRS and, US GAAP supporting the audit certificate for statutory and international reporting audits- Participation in special projects such as Sarbanes Oxley (SoX) readiness and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)- Managing audit teams consisted of up to 7 associates- Planning and Oversight of the audit work- Acting as a liaison for the proper coordination of the team experts (TAX and IT specialists)- Establishing scope, objectives, and budgets for audit projects- Design and delivery of in house training programsSkills:- Ability to work with multiple audit projects / clients with strict deadlines without impairing performance or quality of work- Ability to work under pressure and keep the team focused on the task at hand- Communicating effectively with external clients and company’s partners- Effectively and efficiently allocating resources to complete the audits
