Main Duties:- Reporting directly to the company’s CFO and CEO- Responsible for the preparation of Financial Statements under IFRS and their timely submission to the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE)- Responsible for the consolidation of all subsidiaries/associate companies of the Group- Supervision & Oversight of the financial statements preparation process for the subsidiaries reporting to the parent company.
