Construct and successfully deliver an annual plan for coach education and development, that is linked to the SVA four year Strategic Plan 2013-2017, and identifies key targets related to coaching, •Lead and manage the coach education and developmentprogramme,linkingwith appropriate SVA staff,key volunteer groups, and partner agencies.•Act as the main point of contact for sportscotland,the Coaching Network, and appropriate UKCC groups,for volleyball coach education and development.•Manage the planning and delivery of the UKCC programme and the recruitment, support and development of coaches. •To be the SVA’s coaching lead for the sportscotland’s Regional Network programme, and key Local Authority partners.•Line manage the group of volunteer Staff Tutors. •Liaise with, and support the work of the SVA’s Coaches Commission •Support and workwith the National Source Group for volleyball
