• Part of x2 launch teams of brand new delivery stations in 2020 and 2021 during both peak seasons. Made sure that recruitment was done both for our Night shift associate pool with collaborating with recruitment agency.

• During the peak of 2021, I was managing 3PL companies for x2 AMZL Delivery Stations with a total of 34 Delivery Service Providers.
