As ICC Sovereign Group’s Founder & Managing Director, Ioannis Charalambides is the driving force behind the Group’s mission of being the region’s preferred corporate provider by delivering the highest level of service to clients.He started his career in 1994 as an auditor with KPMG from where he moved to the banking industry, Bank of Cyprus, where he was part of the Corporate banking team. Between 2000 and 2004 he worked as Finance Director in both Cyprus and Greece in well-known Groups. In late 2004 he joined CYTA (Cyprus Telecommunications Authority) as a reasurer having the responsibility of the major financial aspects of the Organization. In 2007 he returned to the banking industry where he was part of the Corporate Banking Team of Emporiki Bank in Cyprus.Lastly, in June 2011 he acquired ICC SOVEREIGN LIMITED (formerly known as ICC Investment Ltd) from its previous owner. Shortly after the acquisition, he founded ICC SOVEREIGN GROUP where he holds the position of the Group’s Managing Director.He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance, he is a Fellow Member of the Certified Financial Consultants Association, a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and finally a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
