I have worked on a number of transformation programmes, both technology-driven and business-led, always taking a top down approach:- guided by the business drivers and strategy (rooted into the company's vision)- the customer problem or need we are seeking to address with our services and products, and finally- the target operating model required to deliver all of the above (operational processes, technology & application architecture, data architecture and people skills).I have worked across the breadth and depth of global transformation programmes as well as the end-to-end product lifecycle of media asset management solutions for luxury retailers, content planning solutions for publishers, newsroom computer systems and production tools for broadcasters, holding positions such as Principal Consultant, Product Lead, Lead Business Analyst, Business Architect, Project and Test Manager.I have also worked in both large global consultancies and smaller boutique consulting firms, adopting along the way the required rigour, as well as the agility required for fast delivery of quality results. Ultimately, I work hard (and beyond the remit of my role when necessary) to deliver value to organisations.
