Profile bio

About Isabel Hoffmann

With an MBA from INSEAD, I have a passion for sustainability of natural and human systems. I am a co-founder at rePLANET, a purpose-driven company that aims to drive large-scale reforestation through carbon and biodiversity credits. I recently completed my MBA summer internship with Nestlé's Global ESG Deployment team, where I evaluated the company's regenerative agriculture pilot projects across Europe and presenting findings to senior management for scale-up. Previously, I worked as a manager and a project officer at the Capitals Coalition, where I led the development of a workstream on integrated capitals guidance for ocean-based businesses, and carried out the UN-based TEEBAgriFood implementation project for businesses. I have also gained valuable experience in environmental and social governance, responsible tourism, marine conservation, and campaigns and communications through various internships and roles at CDC Group, WWF, The Manta Trust, Operation Wallacea, Sense about Science, and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I am motivated by the vision of creating a fairer, just, and more sustainable world.

Listed skills include Teamwork, Editing, Public Speaking, Microsoft Office, and 3 others.
