Category C Projects and Modifications Team, Midstream Engineering ServicesI led a team which is responsible for project controls and monitoring of the Turkey Midstream Cat C [projects] portfolio for BTC Pipeline that is approximately $60m of TIC value in total. The remit of project services team extends to the stewardship of projects portfolio management and managing overall financial control systems and strategies which includes project spend approvals, cost estimation and reporting, forecasting, and [annual and quarterly] budget reviews and approvals (GFOs and QPFs), as well as activity planning and scheduling for each individual project. Contract and interface management also falls in the area of responsibility of my team. Some other key responsibilities include;• Drive delivery of project controls expectations in the Turkey Cat C P&Ms Team, and ensure BP financial, business and projects principles and standards are implemented within Turkey P&Ms Team.• Provide liaison role and manage the interface between Cat C Project Services and P&Ms Teams and the other functions in the AGT Region that includes PSCM, Finance, Legal, and the central Activity Planning team.• Provide benchmarks/KPIs on cost and schedule estimates for projects in the region.

West Chirag Platform, Onshore Area Engineering Support Team:Working alongside and in support of the Offshore Operations Team, I served as a multi-discipline engineering resource to the offshore and onshore teams (Topsides Operations, R&M, BMT, IM, DET, Drilling etc.) and act as a key technical interface with onshore engineering resources for the asset priorities - for safe, compliant and reliable operation of the West Chirag Platform. Midstream Export Systems Operations TeamKey accountabilities include;• Develop best-suited pigging schedules for the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan Pipeline (BTC), the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP) and Western Route Export Pipeline (WREP) as per the integrity management, wax deposition and corrosion considerations and other requirements, and support the implementation with engineering inputs when required.• Become a single point of contact in Export Systems Operations Team for all “Flow Assurance” related Issues• Become Export Systems Operations Team’s SPA for all DRA-related activities in BTC –from engineering to logistics support.• Drive the activities associated with the temporary phasing out of DRA facilities along the BTC Pipeline, and lead and coordinated the post-deactivation requirements.• Assist OTL in working out different operating strategies for WREP pipeline – that includes different flow regimes other than the current fixed rates, increased Chirag-Azeri crudes blending ratios etc.• Develop pipeline strategy and philosophy documents, and operating procedures (pigging strategies, standing instructions, pipeline O&M philosophies, blending guidelines, and so on) pertinent to Export Systems Operations.• Support the preparation of plans required for Risk Assessments, What-ifs, PHSSER and HAZOP assurance processes.• Provide input into on-going EQ and MOC activities, and raise and coordinate EQs and MOCs when required.• Support Integrated Field Planning (IFP) and Activity Planning (AP) processes.• Support Production Efficiency Improvement (PEI) process and Exports System integration into this process.• Assist Export System Operations Manager and Operations Team Leader (OTL) in all aspects and assume responsibility for the delivery of safe, reliable and efficient system operation across the BTC, SCP and WREP.• Provide operational input and support to the Integrity Management (IM) process of all export pipelines.

Accommodating the requests in the field and retrofitting the original design aspects that were not delivered/implemented in Execute.• Provide technical direction, guidance and support to field maintenance technicians and engineers for a successful accomplishment of scheduled activities during normal operation and the [pipeline] outages. This includes bringing clarity around formal technical queries, coordinating service orders, arranging the resource, material and plant/equipment as required.• Maintain repair & maintenance records in post start-up so that a complete change/modification history is available to the designated operator for addressing and eliminating the repeating issues up front.• Review, prioritize and plan/schedule agreed warranty claims in collaboration with Warranty Manager.• Besides pursuing my primary role as Warranty Representative of the BOTAŞat PT1 Pump Station, I was also given delegation of authority as Acting Site Manager with the overall responsibility of day-to-day site activities including effective management and control of company personnel and contractor resources.

I have also assumed all administrative responsibilities of the fly camp in which the whole crew being accommodated throughout the operation. Besides, I have delivered the following tasks on a complementary basis quite regularly:• Overall daily reporting of line-fill and block valve stations ops & maintenance activities to the senior management.• Deputize for the Line Fill Team Leader in his absence covering all aspects of the post.• Remedy reported failures and breakdowns (E&I, Mechanical and Civil) at Block Valve Stations as they arise in an expedient and efficient manner, and monitor the performance of interventions thereafter.• Deliver maintenance campaigns (predictive, preventive) all along the pipeline including IPT2 as required for the line-fill operation, ensure the line-ups be done correctly as per the predefined configuration plans and close out the relevant related punch list items as the commissioning process progresses.
