Providing legal assistance to the Bucharest branch of the Bank and both the other companies from the group that was under our direct management (“the Companies”), in Corporate Counsel dpt. (Retail Banking division);• Drafting various corporate documents for the Companies (such as bylaws, resolutions, PoAs) and checking for the compliance to the corporate law of the management process;• Making various internal reports for the management and other implied departments (collaborating with Finance&Risk dpt.);• Drafting and checking for compliance with the applicable law of the non-business contracts signed by the Companies (agreements with the suppliers for various goods and services) and for the Life and non-Life Insurance intermediate Business activity (for our Insurance Broker, including electronic and front-office sold insurance products); the checking activity includes consultancy with Finance&Tax, Risk, Compliance and Procurement dpt. for being compliant with the applicable legislation and Bank's standards and procedures;• Offering legal consultancy also for the Offices and Branches network (including drafting, registering to local authorities, monitoring applicable law and giving legal opinions);• Other additional activities like administrating the Legal site from our Intranet (on Microsoft SharePoint platform), drafting and monitoring forensic (penal) litigation;
