In my role of Feature Engineer - SM I am responsible for the quality of the services we provide by: - provide evidence for controls within ITRMP and update them at expiration date - security gaps are reported and registered, but also solved before due date (iRisk) - coordinate new branches roll-out to our service and provide all sets of documentation requested. - coordinate implementation of integrity and confidentiality with partner applications - measure the performance of the application periodically (load test) - software vulnerabilities are identified and removed according to ING policy - security events are well defined and trigger alerts when they happen (SEM-A) - review and update the documentation at expiration date or after major changesBeside the above responsibilities, I have also the Scrum Master role for the squad with responsibilities: - ensure the Agile methodology is well known and understood by the squad. - facilitating the SCRUM Agile ceremonies, - solve squad impediments, - protect team from external disruptions, - communicate with Product Owner regarding the product backlog and next priorities.

In the role of IT Application Manager - SM I was responsible for:- Participate in the planning, design and execution phase of new projects;- Act as a single point of contact between business and IT, - Coordinate the UAT and promote to production of new applications or features;- Manage the changes / business requirements - gather the request, clarify and get commitment for delivery and also for testing (if they are outside the release cycle); - participating as IT single point of contact in defining the SLA, SOS with internal and external partners.

- assuring good quality and functionality of the applications from team portfolio- automation of the payments and reporting flows by creating and scheduling scripts- investigations of the issues for finding a solution or to offer to development team a full description of them- technical support and mentoring for less experienced teammates- define and extract reports (querying data) from MS SQL databases for the business lines- deployment of new releases of the applications and monthly patching of the servers
