Finishing in 1995 the Polytechnic University of Bucharest I was a young Industrial Energetic Engineer in searching for a job as close as possible to my profile.Young engineer, I started learning the reality and applying my knowledge from University, tough times but full of rewards and accomplishments. I was all over the country, from north to south and from west to east, even in “mother Russia” for a week.I was learning the hard work and the details of equipments, learning to discuss with people and to bond with the clients, happy with so many connections and in contact with the technology. I targeted a Multinational Company and I was employed at ENERIA, CATERPILLAR dealer in Romania for Power Equipment. Starting as support engineer for co-generation plants, trough diesel generator sets, diesel engine for marine, rail and petroleum applications I am today the head of technical support team.Always dedicated, always learning and always trying to understand, my carrier has switched from pure technical to management. I followed courses of sales, management, I learned and I was helped to learn.Today, looking in the past, I fully understand the importance of the people and teams inside any company; I understand today that my results are the sum of my experiences, of the people I met and shaped my understanding and helped me, but most important the teams I build and the people I chose to work with.I fully understand today that my team is my image and the people I employed are my most precious resource in order to achieve the goals of the company I work for. Is not easy at all, maybe I’m not the best, but each day is a challenge and each overcome challenge is an experience. I’m proud to say that I quit my job. Why? because at one point you must try to take your life in your hands and leave the Corporative School. Leave room for your former team to grow and find your own way to develop further.
