International transportation

- Fleet management duties (vigniets, insurances, periodical technical inspections, Tachograph inspections, licensing, technical maintenance); -Ensuring the observance of current rules and regulations regarding road traffic;

-Ensuring adequate legal and technical conditions for exploitation of company’s transport fleet; -Designing the maintenance plan for all vehicles and machines, including mandatory technical inspections; -Managing relations with insurance companies; -Training company’s drivers in accordance with current regulations; -Elaborating the Annual Report on company’s transportation activity; -Keeping records of transportation documents, including tachograph and records of accidents / incidents / traffic rules violations; -Coordinating drivers’ activities in general; -Concluding agreements with maintenance and service companies; -Forecasting and assessment of fuel consumption and maintenance program; -Designing optimal routes for transportation and supervising drivers’ work program

• Supervising drivers’ activities and the observance of mandatory transportation documents;• Programming and reporting on company spending for fleet exploitation and maintenance;• Various logistics tasks.

• Performing technical inspection on auto vehicles (cars, trucks etc.);• Issuing Identity Cards, Authenticity Cars and Taxi and School Permits.
