I started my own business and have built up a good base of UHNW clients whom I travel with and plan extensive itineraries for, whilst they are on vacation. I am an ‘on-the-ground’ travelling concierge who books VIP restaurant and nightclub reservations, travel, excursions, logistics. I create, manage and execute detailed itineraries for my clients on their luxury vacations. Travelling with my clients allows me to act as a personal assistant whilst they are abroad and I am able to make sure villa/yacht/hotel staff adhere to each clients preferences and help to enable a smooth and stress-free trip.

Joined the vessel as 2nd Stewardess, and after completing back to back high-profile charters was promoted to Chief Stewardess. Completed over 28 weeks of charters in addition to private owner trips during my time on board. I spent years living and working in the South of France. We also completed charters in Ibiza and Italy. Was titled ‘busiest charter yacht in the Med’ due to at least 14 weeks of charter per season.

My time was divided between three projects, including a campaign that focuses on the promotion of good recruitment practice to UK employers. Mercedes-Benz, Kellogg's, McDonalds, Royal Mail, Jaguar Landrover, npower and NHS Employers are just a handful of the 100+ organisations who have signed up to our campaign so far. We run workshops, panel meetings, and events for our signatories as well as providing them with tonnes of research and tools.

The campaign, created by businesses for businesses, exists to promote the critical importance that good recruitment practice plays in organisational success. As demand returns to the economy and businesses are looking to hire more staff, fine-tuning their resourcing strategies becomes critical. This is the right time to create a national focus on good recruitment. The campaign will help organisations to reinvigorate their recruiting strategies so they provide a better candidate experience and work more effectively with their recruitment partners.
