About Iona Maclean

Having worked in the music industry for over 10 years, I moved over to Artist Development in 2008 with TMC Artists. Helping creatives with their projects in film, music, art, fashion, photography, writing & design. Producing films and tv, records and creative projects.We built creative spaces and studios around the world to facilitate artists working together in nurturing environments with some of the best creative professionals and artists. The community side of TMC Artists now has 650 artists.After working with Ryan Daly at Zero Gravity Management in 2016, I started my own Talent Management company & returned to Zero Gravity Management in 2020 to head up Talent for the UK office looking after artists in the UK and the US. We are combining traditional artist management and production development with the promotion of a borderless community within the industry.
