Responsible for writing, presenting and coordinating all aspects of Project/Programme initiation and delivery, from internal governance processes and reporting to PMO functions and running client facing workshops. Significant contribution to PMO Governance processes and documentation, scoping improvement opportunities, identifying gaps and overseeing successful development of processes.Projects at Demica:• Credit Agricole Investment Bank (CACIB) - Leading the configuration of individual corporate transactions, migration of Banks clients and bank reporting services to Demica's proprietary cloud platform for supply chain finance management including managed service instance.

Projects at Agilisys:Central Government:• Ministry of Justice: Lead the delivery of a £1.5m 25 person strong data improvement programme focusing on modernising MoJ’s HR Data Strategy, Op Model and Technical insight enablers including the introduction of IAM for their new AWS Redshift environment following GDS & DDaT Frameworks. The project has allowed for the introduction of a new digital portal ‘Data and Insights Hub’ for easy search, access and request of insight products, fundamentally transforming the access, use and trust in business data across the MoJ.Healthcare: • Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) – Lead the successful technical delivery an on-prem to Cloud Data Platform Programme including Cloud Report Migration of over 1000 in scope reports across various different systems (Oracle Financials, CRIS, MedChart, etc).• Benenden Healthcare – Lead the successful design, build and transition to managed service of an innovative Cloud Data and Analytical Platform (CDAP) based in Azure to host the overall modernisation of the Society’s Reporting and Data Science ecosystem. • Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT) – Lead the technical delivery of an on-prem to cloud Report Migration Programme with over 400 in scope reports amalgamated and re-developed to Power-Bi.• Royal Marsden Hospital: Lead delivery of clinical application installations within the newly built cloud-based data warehouse environment enabled for modern clinical research (on-prem to cloud transition). • Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust: Completed migration of the Trusts data warehouse and management information platforms to the cloud. The transition of the Trust’s current platform to Dudley’s Microsoft Azure cloud services included but not was not limited to Virtual Machines, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse SQL Pool, Azure Synapse Spark Pool, Azure Analysis Services and Power-Bi based solution.
