Manager within EY Moldova, with extensive experience in coordination and implementation of a range of complex, multi-stakeholder EU, USAID, and World Bank - funded projects. I was involved in various roles across sectors, contributing to economic development and policy improvement initiatives in Moldova, promoting entrepreneurial culture, startup community building, modernization of educational system and implementation of technologies in education. Since 2020 I hold the role of the Country Coordinator for Moldova, eSkills and eTrade expert for EU4Digital facility - an EU funded project, aiming to support the digital reform agenda in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries, with a range of actions to promote key areas of the digital economy and society in line with EU norms and practices, to bring economic growth, generate more jobs, and help businesses benefit of the EU digital single market. I have over 17 years of experience within development projects, collaborating with Government of Moldova representatives, public donors, private business associations, academia, other public and private institutions.
