Currently acting as Country Coordinator for Moldova, Senior eTrade and eSkills expert, within EU4Digital Project. Responsible for liaison and coordination of project activities with local government authorities and private sector organizations, contribution to project deliverables aimed at advancing the digital transformation agenda, in alignement with EU best practices. Contributed to the following project studies and pilots: - EU4Digital Guide for Building ICT Entrepreneurial Ecosystems: maturity assessment; - EU4Digital Assessment of Underlying Conditions for eGovernance; - EU4Digital Cross-border eServices interoperability assessment; - EU4Digital ICT Innovation - state of incubation in the EaP assessment; - EU4Digital DESI implementation assessment; - EU4Digital eCommerce ecosystem, legal and standards assessment; - EU4Digital eCommerce consultation centre;- EU4Digital eDelivery pilot UA-MD – piloting secure cross-border exchange of commercial invoices; - EU4Digital eCustoms pilots between Moldova, Ukraine and Romania - piloting of the automatic exchange of information through the Systematic Electronic Exchange of Data (SEED) (ongoing);- Development of the EU4Digital Academy - regional digital learning platform for upskilling and reskilling of EaP citizens (ongoing).

Within the team of Moldova Competitiveness Project, funded by USAID, Sweden and UK: - Designed and managed implementation of project interventions in ICT sector, mainly for Workforce andEntrepreneurial Ecosystem Development. - Facilitated the dialog with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research and attraction of additional partners to support digital transformation efforts for education system. - Designed and managed two national programs with transformational impact on the education system: Educational Robotics and Future Classroom Lab, inspired from European Schoolnet, which had over 26,000 beneficiaries from 200 local schools.- Assisted the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research in curricular reform to improve digital skills for VET teachers and students, through introduction of vendor curricula. - Provided mentorship and capacity building for USAID and Sweden funded Tekwill project, which became a leading player in the ICT ecosystem.- Facilitated the modernization efforts for leading tech university of Moldova (TUM), contributed to the conceptualization, launch and development of FabLab and Circle engineering laboratories cluster at TUM.- Designed and organized Changers Challenge – an international event that gathered ICT ecosystem influencers from 16 countries, which triggered policy changes leading to the improved business environment for the ICT sector: startup visa and IT park law.- Worked closely with local ecosystem players, facilitated the development and growth of startup community, assisted various ecosystem players in the organization of specialized events, and led the startup hubs to more cooperation.- Organized inbound and outbound trade missions for the development of business linkages.

Within the team of Competitiveness Enhancement and Enterprise Development Project II (CEED II), funded by USAID: - Designed and managed implementation of project interventions in ICT sector. - Contributed to putting Moldova on the map of IT nearshoring destinations, after conclusion of the IDC Competitiveness Assessment of the Moldovan IT Industry and related promo activities. - Managed the development of the 1st Legal Pocket guide for the ICT sector.- Teamed-up with local and international experts to develop ICT sector White Book and ICT Sills Gap Assessments.- Mentored Moldovan Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) to develop organizational capacity, organize important industry events and manage donor funding.- Contributed to the conceptualization, donor approval and development of Tekwill project.- Initiated the startup ecosystem development efforts, and startup community consolidation, mainly through Startup Weekend Moldova events.- Facilitated active and constructive dialog between academia, private sector, and Ministry of Education, for adapting IT education to industry needs to solve the skills shortage. - Initiated the implementation of Educational Robotics as pilot project and facilitated the introduction of Robotics as elective curricular course with public funding.- Designed and developed the IT career promotion campaign.- Assisted ATIC in the organization of Moldova ICT Summit, under the patronage of the Ministry of ICT annual leading industry event, with around 1,000 participants and over 30 speakers from 15-20 countries.
