I have been working at Inditex since 2017, gained a lot of experience in retail and had a lot of professional and personal achievements. Moreover, the time spent at Inditex improved many other skills such as mentoring, as this was a necessity in order to guide and stimulate my colleague's evolution. Analyzing and synthesizing information have also been of great help as I have learnt that efficiency is highly appreciated in any job.I would also describe myself as a creative person, but at the beginning of my journey I lacked spontaneity which is something that I managed to better over time in order to become the best version of myself, imaginative and innovative. I am also familiar with the experience of replacing a manager in case of an emergency, so I am used to handling problems of organization and solving issues of any nature if needed.Moreover, I supervised the sales and proposed new strategies of coordinating the items around the store in order to increase their selling potential.If a have to resume my organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, that would be:-capacity for analysis and synthesis-organizational spirit, skills of coordination and monitoring teamwork-punctuality-ability to work under stress and meet deadlines-a good use of working time-efficiency, speed in solving problems and in performing tasks-treating assignments with seriousness and the ability to take responsibility for my mistakes-willingness to learn new things and to develop personally and professionally -good communication skills acquired as a commercial worker in Inditex-team spirit and mentorship qualities-increased ability to assimilate new information and develop new skills-availability for involvement in various activities-positive and energetic attitude-fairness in assessing situations and relationships with other team members-meticulousness in the work performed-innovative spirit-dedication and perseverance at work Regarding my spare time, I would definitely describe myself as an active person and this need is fulfilled by spending time in the nature, hiking, or practicing different sports. I also really like drawing and painting abstract or graphic compositions because in this way I can express my thoughts and feelings.As a resolution for my future, I wish to do my best in everything and learn something from every new person I meet and every challenge I run into.
