Portfolio management of non performing clients with exposures up to 6 MEUR (Bucharest Area) in both amicable and non-amicable phase.• Initiating and participating in meetings with representatives of debtors and external third parties (lawyers, judicial administrators, liquidators, bailiffs), throughout the entire recovery process• Business and financial analysis of clients altogether with assessing the quality of related collaterals• Performing the risk analysis of clients/group of clients and permanent updating the risk profile• Conceiving and proposing recovery strategies per client/group of clients; implementing and monitoring the approved measures• Managing the legal recovery procedures in terms of: initiating the process for opening the insolvency/bankruptcy/forced execution procedure, execution of collaterals (including state owned funds), participating in the creditors’ assemblies, monitoring the debtors’ terms in Court and proactively adjust the recovery strategy, if the case, maintaining the relationship with third parties such as bailiffs, judicial administrators, liquidators and actively involved in the decision making process concerning the recovery proceedings, following-up the implementation of the reorganization plan• Constant monitoring of collaterals in terms of: validity, on-site visits, reevaluation, sale, execution• Proposal and argumentation of individual provisions• Maintaining the contact with potential investors interested in acquisition of businesses and/or assets of clients under recovery procedures
