Here I contributed with the planning and implementation where I can mention:-assess the sills gained by engineers in order to find the knowledge gaps,-request the number of cases per topic in order to understand the volumes to prioritize sessions,find SMEs available to deliver the sessions,-build the schedule/calendar with sessions and participants by having in mind the SME + engineers availability but also the team capacity,-helped SMEs to prepare for the session and prepare the content, curate content,-create and send the feedback form,-send the meeting invites,-send the summary after the session,-join the session to make sure participants are all joining (if not ping them and request to join),-save and document all the knowledge from SMEs,-report to the project team: progress, metrics and feedback.Readiness Hub: I am contributing with Ideas and helping other teams in MW to adopt the Learning Path tool.CSS Business & Culture foundation as SME to share from real life support engineer tools, processes, customer scenarios, how to create outstanding support experiences, how to request feedback etc.SRR team, where I help other colleagues to improve their KPIs.MS Pool, where I had the opportunity to be a champ and have open discussions with my colleagues and gather valuable feedback.

Managing Worldwide Learning programs for the Surface devices for the commercial support advocates, including:- Stakeholder Engagement & Planning: Work with a variety of business and delivery stakeholders to understand the business & support strategy and lead the readiness plans in support of business goals.- Comprehensive Training Development: Execute on the readiness plan by either building training yourself or, when business funds exist and scale is needed, leverage vendor resources to build training using the modern modalities and designs for efficiency and effectiveness in a distributed environment.- Continuous Improvement: Once launched, monitor the training effectiveness for constant improvement to the training development and share those findings across the entire team.
