Softvision was a consulting firm and division of Cognizant. During my tenure I completed several software QA projects for a wide range of clients and products. One highlight of my tenure would be serving as lead for a two-year testing project for an e-commerce business with both web and mobile apps. In this project I coordinated both local and offshore teams in both manual and automated testing execution. I also served as lead for testing of an ecosystem of products that integrate with existing and new data sources to highlight worker safety risks in real time, which included testing on safety devices, JMeter testing, and Azure DevOps for daily deployments. Other clients included a social media platform, a social listening product, a cloud-based data backup service, an iPad app, and a mobile email solution. My work typically included use of various testing tools (e.g. SoapUI, Selenium WebDriver, Cukes-REST framework), bug tracking and project management tools (e.g. Bugzilla, Jira), and DevOps tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
