• Responsible for managing the planning and acquisition of assigned commodities, analysis of MRP requirements, • Issuing requests for quotations, raising purchase orders and effectively expediting suppliers to ensure the production build flow and DirectSales on-time deliveries.• Identifying and helping the development of new suppliers, assisting Commodity Managers contracts/subcontracts setup.• The commodities to procure include but are not limited to: Spares, Assemblies, hardware & Sub Tier Services.• Work collaboratively and negotiate and engage with stakeholders and suppliers regarding new projects, supplies and initiatives and advise of impact of change on purchasing and production activities• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead projects to improve efficiency process, procedures, reduce costs, on-hand inventory, cycle time, material handling.• Recommend opportunities to reduce product costs, optimize inventory levels, improve the supplier base performance, improve specific processes.• Coordinate resolution of material related issues with suppliers, Quality, Engineering and/or manufacturing personnel.• Support product change requests and review and communicate the impact oncapacity plans • Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities • Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement. • Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships

Responsibilities:- managing the Procurement Services requests for the Testing EnvironmentEMEA and NALA regions, (two teams with a total of 10 persons);- single point of contact for the stakeholders and all the parties implied in the procurementprocess;- governance meetings to ensure a smooth operational activity;- constant implication in improvement projects of the working process;- ensuring the end to end procurement process: from quotation to invoice payment;- creating and managing POs in SAP;- creating reports in SAP, Ericson Buyer;-deploying and managing a different procurement flow which was on EoL( BMOD)for six months;- communication with suppliers regarding the order receipt, settling the deliveryterms, tracing the delivery, ensuring the goods delivery by warehouses/goodsreceivers, both physically and in SAP;- administration of some internal tools (ticketing, general mailbox etc.)- maintaining the relation with the Sourcing department, in order to improve thegeneral procurement process (from negotiations to call off) by providing statisticsregarding suppliers, costs etc.);- keep a strong link between AP department and our process in order to solveinvoice issues.Acquired skills and knowledge: SAP, Microsoft Office, tableau, rtt, ms office

Managing orders in back office with processes like order cleaning, split, substitution, out of stock for 3 main warehouses in the country.Solving errors in SAP for the orders with problems, changing orders depots, promo application.Create sampling orders at the Marketing Department request, for clients or special events according with the approval procedures and internal rules.Managing IFSA portal for daily update or analyze data in the system.Daily monitoring orders placed in OutOfStock of sales agents.Daily deleting of the unprocessed orders and shipments.Modifying the price of the return orders to avoid price differences.Free products withdrawal from the market.Collaboration with BSS team in testing new versions of SAP and transformation Sibiu and Galati Crossdocks into Central Warehouses.Maintains good working relationships with departments Marketing, Sales, Dispatching and Planning, with support.Collaborate with department Haulage in wholesale Delivery to project.Daily sales support on phone between 11:30 – 18:00.
