Matt Design & Production is a company focused on advertising materials creation with alarge portfolio of clients all around the world. As part of the production department, I’m incharge with the following tasks and assignments:◾ Identifying and investigating any existing project errors and finding solutions in order todeliver the daily update reports to the design team;◾ Supporting the production department in solving the encountered errors;◾ Optimizing materials usage for each project focusing on reducing the execution errorsand material loss, through the CorelDraw application;◾ Key connection point between design-production departments;◾ Creating new templates for our projects;◾ Creating and reviewing internal reports and documentations;◾ Actively participating in internal meetings.

In the Avangardis startup I had the chance to collaborate with the entire team, whilefocusing on the main following tasks:◾ Active collaboration with the IT department to create the necessary documentation forthe company (tools: Odoo, MS Office);◾ Daily use of graphic editing applications to support our new joiners in the onboardingprocess; (tool: Illustrator);◾ Point of contact for the WebDev team;◾ Enhancing my technical capabilities and knowledge within the company (programminglanguage, technical applications, etc.).

Conart is a company that deals with furniture manufacturing for end customers aroundRomania. Within this company I was in charge with the following tasks:◾ Checking the quality of the furniture by using internal quality standards;◾ Supporting the production department in order to solve any encountered errors;◾ Preparing orders for customers;◾ Weekly acquisition for needed materials;◾ Materials reception from our suppliers;◾ Reporting (consumption, technical and production reports by using the ERP - Clarvisionsystem);◾ Invoicing, delivery documents);◾ Making assembly drawings.
