NTT Data Romania is an outsourcing company creating software solutions for a variety of customers.As part of the company, I worked on several projects for different customers as described below.HMM Deutschland GmbH is a German insurance company NTT Data worked with. At that time, while time pressed, they had a large team managing two projects simultaneously. The team was lacking the advanced ExtJS and JavaScript knowledge required to get the projects done in time. Therefore I was brought in shortly after both projects were past their mid development stage. As a ExtJS and JavaScript expert, I was helping the team to move forward and finish the two projects on time.My responsibilities included: - frontend development - coaching colleaguesFor BMW, the German car company, I had a developer role in a project maintaining an older version of www.bmw.de car presentation website. The project was lacking a few features and some bug-fixing.My responsibilities were to do backend and frontend development on the remaining tasks.For BMW, I have also worked on the motorcycle presentation website (www.bmw-motorrad.de and many other markets) from start to finish.I was part of a six developers team, 3 located in Romania and 3 in Germany.My responsibilities included: - frontend development of AEM components from existing graphic designFor Daimler, the German car company, I have started a new user interface project for an existing Java Spring based application that manages CO2 emission data used in generating Certificates of Conformity for Mercedes-Benz car and vans.My responsibilities included: - technical lead for user interface project (solution design/architecture) - estimate and plan with the larger team - development - unit testing - coach colleagueTechnology stack used across projects: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, ExtJS, D3.js, Ember.js, DevExpress, Angular Material, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), PHP, Java, C#, SVN, Git and Jenkins.

Fortech is an outsourcing company creating/developing software solutions for a variety of customers.Such a customer is Vermont Information Processing located in USA. They provide technologic solutions for other companies in the beverage industry.I was one of the first two developers starting the first project that Fortech developed for Vermont Information Processing.In the course of three years, we started three more projects and the team grew to a number of 10 developers.My responsibilities included: - communication with client (reporting, demoing and refining requirements) - estimating, planning and distributing tasks to the team - team leader (interviews, onboard, coach, code review and train colleagues) - technical lead (solution design/architecture) - backend and frontend development - managing continuous integrationAll four projects had the same technology stack: - PHP framework Zend Framework for backend - DB2 for database storage - ExtJS for user interface - SVN was used as VCS - Hudson for continuous integration - Selenium for automated tests - JavaScript, CSS & HTMLThe first project was a point of sale solution managing products and inventories.The second project was a beverage web ordering solution.The third project was a truck loading planner (pallet distribution within a truck cargo).Lastly but not least, the forth project was a dynamic Feedback system with configurable questions and answers.
