Setting up the policies and procedures for Human Resources and Finance & Accounting Department;A/R and A/P operations, proceduresManaging commercial contracts;Filling the Reporting Pack and submitting to HQ on a monthly basis;Ensuring that Sales Order are processed on due time and are in line with the terms and conditions of the contracts ;Coordinating the planning and budgeting process;Cash Flows and financial forecasts;Managing the relationship with Internal and External Auditors;

Ensuring that all financial transactions (bank, sales, purchases) are processed on a daily basis and linked to a resource;Ensuring that Sales Order for Sales, Consultancy are processed within 1 working day after fulfillment/delivery;Ensuring that prolongation of the maintenance contracts is done before the 7th working day of the month;Processing the payroll and the payments to the employees;Ensuring that depreciation of the fixed assets is processed before the 15th working day of the month.Ensuring that bank and petty –cash transactions are done and processed on a daily basis;Sending reminders at least on a weekly basis;Reconciliation of the Intercompany balance on a monthly basis;Processing the Month-End Close Checklist within 4 working days after the month end and submitting to Corporate HQ;Setting up the Budget and the Business Plan for the subsidiary in co-operation with the General Manager, Support, Sales and Training & Consultancy Managers, according with the policies and procedures as set by the Headquarter;Re-forecasting done every half-year against the submitted budget;Performing variance analysis against the submitted budget every month and explaining the differences to HQ; Performing monthly various analysis and reconciliations against the Balance Sheet accounts;Representing company in relation with banks and local fiscal authorities;Submitting various ad-hoc reports as requested by Headquarters (Finance Back-office)/Internal Audit Team (Malayesia)

Ensuring that the monthly accounts of Trylon TSF International Ltd (Cyprus) are on-time, accurate, and fully analyzed, covering all transactions of Afghanistan Project, Cyprus, and between the companies of EMEA(Romania, Belgium and UK), and that they properly reflect the results of operations for the period. Presenting financial statements and financial procedures to non-financial people, advising current and most profitable ways to use financial reports Reconcile accounts - to alternate sources; to Budget/Forecast; to other accounts Book/Summarize / Analyze the activity in accounts Reporting - compiling reports; explaining the results to the EMEA Group Controller/EMEA General Manager Presenting - communicating the results, in a variety of contexts (i.e., presentation in Quarterly Meeting, in Management Meetings, and ad-hoc gatherings) Plan - document the process for reaching the monthly objective Coordinate my work with others members of the team in order to make the closing entries and the analysis Revenue & cost models - for turning an operational "prediction" into a financial forecast; also, for analyzing the results Consolidate the EMEA Cash Flow Forecast Re-forecast the year's results, using company’s budget model
