Security management Systems:1. Provide a continuous, co-ordinate and comprehensive security management service for all people on sites, assets, products and operations of the company;2. Oversee the provision of a secure environment through policies, standards, secure architecture and compliance of security and control measures; provide a security culture inside the company and business;3. Develop and implement a comprehensive system of security KPI's and conduct periodic physical security risk assessment and security surveys/audits for the company assets, operations and business. 4. Develop and Implement a medium and long term Security Strategic Plan. Conduct SWAT analysis on security projects and strategy;5. Set up a comprehensive and effective system of security KPI’s to measure security suppliers (manned, equipment, services etc.) performance; 6. Develops and sets annual operations goals and plans, in line with company objectives, priorities and available resources. 7. Sets SMART individual objectives based on departmental goals for the direct subordinates, revises the objectives of their team members and regularly follows them up;8. Develop and effective employee security awareness program; 9. Developing, implementing, upgrading and maintenance of the electronic access control system, CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection & suppression systems, counter-eavesdropping measures and master key & locks mechanism;10. Be in touch with local and international security network, share best security practice, and be on line with all new security achievements and industry developments.11. Manage a yearly multi-million € budget; manage a large direct and indirect team responsible for coordinating the security activities ensuring full alignment of standards, KPIs and practices across the group.12.
