Responsibilities:- I have accounted in the ERP system the invoices of goods from the allocated suppliers, respectively the services invoices, utilities, small goods or for various materials from the allocated stores, by type of expenses;- I have verified the compliance between the services invoices, utilities, small goods or various materials and the terms of contracts;- I have accounted in the ERP system the inputs of goods, small goods, raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging materials, fuel, spare parts;- I have accounted in the ERP system the transfers between stores, notes consumption for internal consumption and for goods expired, damaged;- I have accounted in the ERP system the compensation orders, after their completing and their signing (I have monitored the process of compensation);- I have requested confirmation of balances from the suppliers and customers allocated for the annual inventory of debts and liabilities or for the financial audit;- I have participated in the annual or periodic inventory of goods, with control duties;- I have accounted in the ERP system the pluses and minuses of goods inventory;- I have accounted in the ERP system the sale of goods and other invoices issued to the customers (rents, waste materials) after the verification of compliance with the contractual terms;- I have verified the accuracy of records in the operational accounting by the accounting staff from the allocated stores;- I have verified the compliance between data of operational accounting and data of financial accounting system for the own accounting records;- I have participated in monthly, quarterly, semestrial and annual closing activities regarding allocated duties;- I have participated in related activities of state authorities control or of financial audit control;Accomplishments:- approximately 120,000 invoices accounted in the ERP system during 5 years;- over 3500000 RON - the amount of compensations made.
