With 18 years experience out of which more than 14 have been in the industrial software industry, I had the privilege of experiencing the industry and its standards morph into what we call today industry 4.0.Being passionate about resolving actual human and business needs through technology and software, I pride myself in bringing relevant software to the market, while also inspiring purpose and personal growth in the team that I lead and work with.In the past I held the position of team lead in WEBfactory, with the responsibility of creating and developing further a cutting-edge product (i4designer) with the help of a great, passionate and talented team of professionals. The position changed into a one of management and tech lead for that team.After the integration within Ewon (part of the HMS Networks group) I chose to go back to the technical department as a software architect and tech lead for the entire i4 team.When the construction of the new Ewon Cloud was started I took on a new challenge as Cloud Architect within Ewon, being apart of the 3 man architecture team that technically lead the new cloud solution. I was in charge of the data and frontend part of this new project.Along with creating the context and boundaries in which the teams could develop the two aspects of the new cloud solution I was also tasked with governing the security aspect (member of thesecurity board) of the new cloud solution and the previously existed solution within the group. In this time, I was maintaining the tech lead status of the i4designer product as well as productexpect for the other ones. Among the extra projects, I was the driver of the so called “AI initiatives” project at HMS group level, tasked with developing the AI tools needed for the future usecases.
