Working for more than 15 years as a network engineer, most of them on a Mobile and Fixed provider, covering all aspects of network transformations from SDH networks to IP/MPLS and finally adopting SDN technologies.The result of this journey so far is a solid experience on Network design, including Security, participating in numerous projects that required new deployment, migration, and/or optimization.Exploiting the academic background on algorithms and programming languages, lead to applying scripting/automation techniques, primarily on SDN network deployments, and later on being involved in fully automated frameworks utilizing tools like Ansible, Docker, CI/CD and so on.
