- Technical Manager of the project “Supply and construction of broadband network in ZEP Kozani”. This is the largest completed FFTH project in Greece currently and was co-funded by the European Union through ESPA.- Technical Manager of the Invitation ’93 projects undetaken by the company. Nine different projects includind FTTx supply and construction in various municipalities in Greece funded by the European Union through ESPA.- Pre sales Manager of the products and services that the company offers in total. Major responsibilities include presenting the products and services to potential customers, preparation of the Bill Of Materials (BOM) for tenders and offers, formatting price lists and coordinating the relevant product managers and the technical division.- RFIs and RFPs documents composition, including tenders and offers for technology related projects and sales. Preparation and documentation regarding tenders and offers for ESPA related projects.- Full support and maintenance services towards the company’s customers (OTE, FORTHNET, HOL, COSMOTE, VODAFONE, WIND, CYTA, ON TELECOMS, VIVODI, DEI, DEPA, AIA, ALGOSYSTEMS, ALGONET, ROMTELECOM, HELLASCOM, SPACE HELLAS, ATTICATELECOM, SIEMENS, INTRACOM, INTRAKAT etc.).- Major personal responsibilities include weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reporting regarding the efficiency of the team, establishing new procedures, suggestions and proposals concerning the performance of the team.- Communicating with vendors for upgrade, maintenance and troubleshooting reasons. Production of RMA reports.

- Full technical support to triple-play services (IPTV-Internet-Telephony) customers in the first company which provided these services commercially in Greece. The team is composed by 15 persons supporting residential and business customers. The team is responsible for the second level of troubleshooting regarding all the customers’ issues.- Major personal responsibilities include weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reporting regarding the efficiency of the team, establishing new procedures, suggestions and proposals concerning the performance of the team, training on technical issues on new comers in the Customer Care department in a weekly basis, communication with VIP and large business customers, provision of technical solutions on demand, organising schedules, shifts, duties for the team in a weekly basis, meetings with major vendors and subcontractors.- Communication with the appropriate Engineering inter-departments for producing solutions on various issues and proposals for best practices.

- Operational support and maintenance of the data network. - Implementing, troubleshooting and solving various issues, handling crisis issues concerning 3G (UMTS), ATM, GPRS, MPLS, LMDS networks consisting mainly of CISCO equipment, TCP/IP, UDP/IP, MPLS, BGP, Ipsec, VOIP, DNS, ICMP and Routing, LAN, WAN.- Operational support and maintenance of the GSM core switching network based on ERICSSON AXE nodes.- Implementing, trouble shooting problems and crisis issues. Solving customers/users complaints using the SIEBEL platform. - Experience with various monitoring (NMS) and statistics systems. Knowledge of UNIX systems. Mid and Final Acceptance testing of software and hardware equipment.- Communicating with vendors for upgrade, maintenance and troubleshooting reasons. - Organisation of tasks concerning the corresponding duties.
