• Worked with Johnson & Johnson product design to develop a unique manufacturing process for new line of femur implant resulting in a cost savings of 70+%.
• Managed manufacturing process development of a line of 72 sizes of hip implants for Second largest customer
• Gained new important customer based on the development of a femoral head polishing machine to hold roundess and sphericity with 10 microns that had to be measured with custom measurement tools.
• Designed majority of manufacturing fixtures for hip implant processes.
• Designed surgical instruments for the in surgery assembly of a wrist implant.
