I was a site supervisor at C&G Plastering Ltd (04/19-09-2020), a company that specializes in plastering and drylining services for residential construction projects. I have been working with C&G Plastering before this as a dry liner and had been given the opportunity to progress in a supervisory role due to my positive attitude and communication skills while on the tools, starting as a supervisor and progressing to a site manager in April 2020. I have a high school diploma and a passion for the construction industry.As a site manager, I had overseen the quality and safety of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. I managed up to 30 operatives on different projects, ranging from small renovations to large new builds. I have developed skills in on site and contract management, as well as residential construction techniques and standards. I am committed to delivering excellent results for our clients and creating a positive work environment for our employees. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and improve my skills and knowledge in the field of construction.
